    Proteomics Core Facility

The role of the Proteomics Core Facility is to provide services involving high/low-throughput qualitative and quantitative identification of proteins and post-translational protein modifications. The core facility is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments such as Orbitrap Fusion? Lumos? Tribrid?, LTQ-Orbitrap Elite, TripleTOF 5600, and other equipment necessary for proteomic analysis. We have developed efficient and specific protocols for preparing samples of different origins including animal and plant tissues, cultured cell lines, and bacteria. The routine services provided by the proteomics core facility include quantitative proteomics (SILACTMT/iTRAQand label free), analyses of post translational modifications (phosphorylation, ubiquitination, glycosylation, etc), identification of protein-protein interactions (such as IP-MS ), and parallel reaction monitoring (PRM)-based target proteomics.
