A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the laboratory of Dr. Jia-Jia Liu in the Center for Molecular Developmental Biology at the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing, China. This position will be part of a team investigating the molecular and cellular mechanisms of retrograde signaling in neurodevelopment and neuronal survival. Studies utilize molecular biology, genetics, biochemical and cell biology techniques, both in vivo rodent and primary neuronal culture models. Applicant should have experience in biochemical and cell biology techniques and have experience/willingness to work with rodents. Successful applicants should have PhD degree in cell biology or biochemistry/neurobiology, with good communication skills and capable of working independently.
