The Annual Meeting of IGDB in 2008 was held in Beijing Theater on Jan. 16, 2009. Dr. Yongbiao Xue presented his Director's report to staff and students. Academician Zhensheng Li distributed the Zhensheng Scholarship to the prizewinners, while Dr. Xue awarded the advanced scientists.
